Message	Most on this board would agree that 17's are probably the better of the 2 for an NA. Main reason being weight. I would say 2000 would get you a good set of ltweight wheels, then you have to add tires, so you up past 2500... If he just got some 17's, they'd be lighter, cheaper, and tires would cost a little less.
